Joseph focusses on Dental Law, particularly with regards to practice start-ups and acquisitions.  They work with both large DSO’s and individual practices.

Many people acquiring a practice don’t realize that 10 times the amount of time you expect and double the workload, so be prepared. We talk about realistic expectations when acquiring a new practice and how to best set yourself up for success.
