Dr. David Phelps started his career as a Dentist and a real estate investor at almost the same time. After 15 years chair side in the day to day grind, he decided he wanted to transition. He did well enough with real estate that he didn’t have to work any more, and everyone started asking him how he did it.
So, he started Freedom Founders, a place where people (mostly dentists) meet to share and vet real estate investments. After 20 years, it’s become a quite a popular group.
