Mike Olson was originally a banker for the group that became known as Decision One Dental.
He was recruited by them for his prominence in finance and knowledge of mergers and acquisitions. Mike talks about how he's seen the dental industry change and grow, and how real estate decisions affect the not only the success of the practice but also the sale process.
He tells us the story of how Decision One started off with a single location and grew to 33 before it was acquired by Smile Brands, who now support over 600 locations.
